There was a NY T...Yes - it's interesting stuff. There was a NY Times article about it, and I think others have taken it up and written books on it. I haven't read any of these - just heard about it through my son who fired up on the idea. Apparently it equates to three hours a day for seven years. I'm not sure I'll ever have the stamina to check the theory, but there's an odd comfort in that idea I have the potential.
